This morning I ran for 65 minutes, swam for 25 minues and did 15 minutes of upper body work.

Who's next ?????????????
 
Curves for me this morning, and DH and I will probably be taking a walk later this evening - gotta love those restaurants within walking distance!
 
Did 36 minutes on exercise bike this morning and abdominal work.

36/1500 it's a start.

I walked for the first time in ages, trying to get a headstart on the October exercise challenge. Walked for 40 minutes, heavy gardening for another 40 minutes (hoeing and turning the earth that is hard as clay has to count towards my exercise).
 
I ran my first half!!!!!

2:03:53 (9:28) but Garmin said 13.4 miles at 9:19 :confused3

It was great!
 
I did 60 really good minutes at Jazzercise on Saturday - it was a great workout!
