Well, I've been slacking in the posting department.
I walked/ran for 3 miles today. I try to exercise at least 5 days a week. I started this routine in mid-August. I'm starting to feel better - I used to be tired all the time. I just hope I can reach my short-term goal of participating in the half-marathon at WDW in January.
