This morning I ran for 85 minutes and swam for 45 minutes.

Good morning

50 minutes of yoga

I walked for 40 minutes, after a 10 hour day at work. Well, I guess the dog did pull me a bit now and again! ;)
 
I walked, then jogged for about a mile and 1/4. Broke out in a good sweat too.

Felt great. Trying to lose 20 lbs -- weight 160. 5'9" and nurse once a day.
