This morning I ran for 70 minutes.

I am off now to the gym - plan is for 60 run/walk and then a little weights.

I only walked for 30 min, but it's better than nothing. Next...
1/2 hr abs. Cardio tomorrow
Thirty-two minutes on the treadmill tonight.
I did 45 minutes on the exercise bike and 20 minutes of abs.
15 minutes on the eliptical (just starting that scary machine)
30 minute walk about town
60 minutes hiking
15 min on the total body machine (kinda like an elliptical with a twist ) then 32 min on the treadmill- tried the running again today, only did 2.35 miles but that's better than nothing... the hip started acting up again (you'd think I was 65).
And I only got in 60 abs because the lady kicked me out of the Y three minutes early
(Yeah I know it's Sunday now) But, on SAT, I did the Firm workout..
Two workouts for me, Curves in the morning and hiking in the afternoon, ~4 miles with a climb of 1100 feet.
