This morning I ran for 65 minutes and swam for 40 minutes.

Who's next ????????????
 
I'll go!

I walked on the treadmill for 35min going 2 miles. 50 situps, 30 pushups, assortment of arm excerises.

Next :banana:
 
Rode my bike around the neighborhood for 30 minutes
 


I walked 25 minutes (1.5 miles) and did push-ups, crunches, arm exercises. All together, I got 35 minutes in today. :cool1:
