This morning I ran for 80 minutes and swam for 30 minutes.
Who's next ???????????????
I am finally feeling well enough to work out.
40 minutes of walking.
Only 2 days into my new fitness regime but I managed 30 minutes of cycle (aka spinning I believe) at my gym this morning. I loved it! Great fun!

I just did a 20 minute workout with my exercise ball and will be doing LOTS of walking today.

The shin splint is finally gone
Took it easy today as this is my first day back.
I walked 5 min., ran 20 min., and then walked 5 min.
Does packing count as exercise because I'm packing for next Saturday to head to WDW
Today is day #1 for me and I'm so excited I found this board!! I did 30 minutes on the the treadmill and lots of cleaning today!!
80 minutes!!??!?! Whoa mamma! You go girl!
Today I did 10 minutes on the Stairmaster (I hate that Machine from the 7th Circle of Hell! ), 10 minutes on the hand bike, 30 minutes on the Octane and weights and abs. I'm getting better on the ab decline thing! I used to fear it but it's getting easier as I get stronger. My lower abs are the weakest, so I am focusing on getting those stronger.

I did some strength training tonight and a lot of crunches.
I worked out at Curves and took a 1.5-mile walk along the Embarcadero in San Francisco - the weather was amazing yesterday!
