This morning I ran for 30 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
30 minutes on the treadmill for me.

ran for 1/2 hr, upper body weights, 250 crunches

Who's next? :yay:
 

Got 60 minute walk in!
 
One hour of exercising my legs and arms in the car. Lots of steping, shin and calf exercises, limited arm moves, leg lifts, calf lifts weird stuff just to get my body moving while in the car. I'm glad I did it. Oh, I walked about 4miles today as well.
