This morning I ran for 80 minutes and swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
Good morning

40 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of weight training

Next????????????
 
:woohoo: Yesterday I walked/jogged 13mi in 3 hrs 5 min. :cool1: Oh and there was a !RUN! in there b/c I thought the train was gonna cut me off and make me wait for a super long time to pass (can you say adrenaline rush???). Yeah.....it came --5 min later....boo on the loud train that scared the dickens out of me. Today, I'm going horseback riding with a friend. Not formal exercise, but it'll do.

I did the Biggest Loser DVD (40 minutes)
 

ran 1/2 hour with intervals
20 min. weights
20 min. abs
