This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next ????
 
I went to 45 min. spinning (cycling) class.
 
Count me in, I did a firm workout this morning

upper body weights, abs and stairmaster and treadmill!

yesterday, I rode my bike for 30 minutes and did pilates for 20 minutes.

I'm new here, but I think it will be beneficial for me to post this!

Hope it's okay that I'll be a day late each time!
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work.
