Exercise Thread for Monday, May 1st

This morning I ran for 50 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
I did 40 minutes of working on my arms and stomach
 
Ran 1/2 hr, weights and crunches 1/2 hr.

Who's next?
 


I did 35 minutes on the treadmill--for 2.2 miles (I alternated walking/jogging for 4/1). Then, when I got home, DH & I did the 2 mile WATP. That was the first time I tried that, and I really enjoyed it! :cool1:
 


40 minutes pilates for me. These threads are great!
