This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ????
 
today I did 20 mins of yoga and 40 mins of pilates and have a casual walk planned tonight
 
today I did a firm workout and a taebo workout!!

I went jogging this morning, 4.26 miles in 36:36. I was planning to go to Curves after work, but after my 40-mile commute took 2 hours 20 minutes :mad: I had to take the evening off. I'm planning to make it to Curves tomorrow, though.
 
Great day. 20 minute walk at lunch. 40 minute walk/jog at night. I actually walked 2 minutes and jogged 10 in repeated intervals and felt GREAT GREAT GREAT! Up until now I had walked 2 and jogged 5 so that is a big difference! :cool1:
