Four cycles at Curves. Trying to decide if I am going to roller skate today (no school for DD). Knee is hurting from falling on it last night. I fell on the exact same spot as I did the week before.
Update I did go skating. I skated for two hours. My knee was a little sore but I worked through it. I am beat!!!!!
Ok, I'm nowhere near as good at this workout thing as you all are! Today (my first day of exercise in. . .well, we won't say how long!), we walked for 20 minutes and then I did 15 girlie pushups, some arm stuff, and some crunches. It's a starting place. . .now if I can just keep it up !
Its was a beautiful day here in NJ, so hubby and I walked around the neighborhood while dinner was in the oven. It felt great to get out! I'll count this as day 1 of my personal fitness challenge.
