firm workout for me this morning!!!

Next???
 
Hit the gym this morning for 60 minutes of weight training. Went back on my lunch break and did 45 minutes on the treadmill.
 

This morning I ran for 50 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
Two workouts for me today, jogging in the morning (4.25 miles in 36:05) and Curves after work.
