This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????????????
 
Started the day with my 20 min. Pilates tape. I'll hit the gym later.

Who's next? :hippie:
 
I'll post now because I know I won't have time later.
I have a 15 minute abs class followed by a one hour Total Body toning class.
DH and I always follow my classes with 15-20 minutes on the tredmill or stationary bike.
 

25 minutes of walking (got to get ready for the stress test next week)
 
Got two 40 minute walks in!!
 
I did 2 miles on the treadmill, 45 mins of the biggest loser, and my 8 min ab tape... :thumbsup2 (trying to get 1000 mins before the end of the month)
 
So far I've done 1 hour of upper body weights. Tonight will probably be TaeBo.

Just came from the gym, ran 1/2 hr and 150 crunches.

I did it. Gilad step aerobic 1hr, 30min w/ Denise kickboxking, and a cool down. good night all. :faint:
 
Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.24 miles in 39:03) and Curves after work.
