This morning I swam for 55 minutes.

Who's next ?????????

I did 55 min on the TM ( a little more than 3.5 miles).

Edited to add:
Who's next??

45 minute firm cardio this morning

Next??????????

I started my morning with 20 minutes of Winsor Pilates. Not certain what will follow after work.
:cool1:
And you?....

Treadie Run:

5.3 miles in 50 minutes (6.0 miles total)

next??????????

60 minutes on the tredmill! :cool1: I just walked today and only did 4 miles!!

Don't know if this counts, but spent 2 hours @ PT. During that time, I used the leg press macnine at 60 # for 3 set of 10 and did quite a few eexercises with dumb bells. I rode the stationary bike for 10 min and used the arm bike for 6 min as warm ups before doing the other exercises. I also use the rowing machine with 40# for 3 sets of 10. It seems that everything at pt is 3 sets of 10
:confused3 :confused3 :confused3

NYcpa, I'd say it counts for sure!

After work I made it to the gym, did recumbant 25 min, stair thing 10 min, weight circuit, and walked 2 miles. I'm doing it!

I just got back from gym. Did 45 minutes on exercise bike and 45 minutes doing the circuit training and a few ab machines and crunches on exercise ball. Total for the day was 90 minutes. :cheer2: :Pinkbounc :cool1:

I did two workouts today, running in the morning (4.4 miles in 37 minutes, a new personal best!) and Curves after work. I almost didn't go to Curves, because I had a horrible commute home in the rain, but I'm really glad I went, as it helped me let go of the stress and get ready to enjoy a romantic dinner with DH.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day!

45 minutes on the eliptical! I wanted to go longer, but I was afraid I was going to hurt myself.

last night was 100 minutes on the treadmill. It was nice to get back to a regular type of working after hanging drywall and working on finishing a basement the past few days.
