30 minutes running on the treadmill-- the New Year's work-outers have arrived at my gym about a week early-- it was a madhouse!! The trainers actually had to go around making sure nobody stayed on a machine for more than 30 minutes (and I have *never* seen my gym have every machine filled up-- it's huge!!!). You also could barely get through to the front desk to check in because it was filled with people filling out new member forms!
30 minutes of circuit training and 10 minutes of yoga. Disneygirl, good thing you've got a headstart on the gym newbies! Hang in there - Another month & things should get back to normal.
6 miles/300 crunches - and they've invaded my gym too.... I wish them all success though! The good thing about today is that the crunch machine had nobody on it but me!
