This morning I did 45 minutes of swimming.

Who's next ?????????????????????????????
 
Good morning

40 minutes of pilates

Next????????
 
11 minutes on the elliptical trainer (set at resistance level 1) and I covered 1.8 miles. Considering that last week, I was doing zero minutes/zero miles, this is a breakthrough for me. :banana:
 


I did 70 minutes today--50 on the treadmill and 20 minutes walking with DH & the dogs! :teeth:
 
Hi. I'm new here and just found this thread. Maybe posting my exercise everyday will help get me motivated. I've been saying "I will exercise today" everyday for the last several months, but haven't followed through. I hope this will help.

Today I did 20 minutes of pool exercises.
 


Good for everyone.


All I was able to do is lift free weights for my arms, about 6 sets of 20.

And some heavy stone shoveling for landscaping the back yard with husband.
 
4 cycles at curves and finally started doing crunches in the am again
