I did the equivalent of walking up to the top of one of the WTC towers. 110 floors! Of course I wasn't going up the whole way; my office tower only has 35 floors. I started on my floor (22) and went up to 35, down to 4 (locked door past here), up to 35, down to 4, up to 35, down to 4, up to 35, down to 22. It was pretty tough but I sure am proud of my self
I just got done doing 4.40 miles in 50 minutes! I'm new to the disboard and I like the W.I.S.H forum. Actually I'm addicted to the Disboards in general!
Thanks! I lost about 35#'s 5 yrs ago and have probably gained back 20 in the past 2 years. I lost it by WW and exercise. I got really obsessed with dieting and exercising. Of course when I 1st started exercising it kicked my butt b/c I never really exercised before hand. Now that I have gained back 20#'s and will be visiting Disney in May I'm back in the exercise habit for about 2 months now. Now I need to work on the diet part!
