This moring I did 45 minutes of swimming.

Who's next ?????????????????????????????
 
I did the 3 mile WATP with weights this morning.

Next????
 
I did the 1 mile WATP with weights and the 2 mile WATP with the stretchie. I also did an ab workout - yippee!

Next???
 
One hour curves - three cycles and then two more cycles on just the blocks.
 


I did 30 minutes today--Tae-Bo tape and then toning stuff. I was hoping to get more minutes with a walk, but we're stuck inside with rain/snow flurry junk! :umbrella:
