This morning I ran for 50 minutes.

I got my butt in gear and did 38min. of Boot camp basic training (Tae Bo). I finally opened the box and got myself going this morning (after nasf fdndfnd of not exercising). I hope to do WATP later today.
9:23am. I feel much better, I just did 45 min. of WATP.
Now I don't feel so guilty.
I did four cycles at Curves plus a few extra minutes jogging in place

Well, I don't usually post on this board, but I stopped in today, because I'm trying to get in better shape and eat better. My doctor told me to walk one hour a day, but I just couldn't seem to get into it.
Sooo, I found another exercise that's probably not what y'all usually hear about. I put myself in charge on barn cleaning. Yes, I haul manure!
I purposely don't use a wheel barrow, so I have to carry every forkful out of the barn and out to spread it on the pasture. It takes a hour every day (except for yesterday which was about two hours, because all of the horses had to stay in the barn all night and day due to weather).
I'm really sticking with it (only skipping Sundays) which is very unusual for me. I just love a clean barn!
DH and I went running this morning, 4.24 miles in 40:40.
Ran/walked on the treadmill 2.50 miles in 31:43 min.
I also took DS for a walk in the stroller since it is sooooo nice here today...about a 20 min. walk.
Did FIRM AbSculpt and then lower body BodySculpt. My legs kill!
