I have really bad tachycardia and it's uncontrolled right now. I want to exercise but the least little bit and I wind up having to sleep for a few hours. Any ideas on something not too strenuous? Or should I just stop trying to exercise for now? I'm trying to lose weight but with this going on it makes it really tough. Trying to watch what I eat but even cooking and washing the dishes wipes me out.

I think you need to get this problem taken care of before you start exercising. Right now concentrate on your eating and getting healthy. That is a good start.

Good luck. I have PVC's which are benign and I have controlled them with medication and they even get better when I am exercising

I think you need to work with the doc on this one. If there is anything you can do movement wise I'm sure doc would have that advice.

Do what you can to get through this. Try to log your meals so you can see if you can get your eating in good balance. Strive for healthy choices and look for small successes that will add up, or "down" if you will, over time.
