Good morning! I am determined that this WILL be a better week! Thank you all for your kind words and condolences. Replies to post and private messages are coming today, I promise.

Yesterday afternoon was a peaceful quiet afternoon spent in the passenger seat of the car with Hunter behind the wheel. Yes, I used the words peaceful and quiet in the same sentence as "Hunter behind the wheel". I do believe that he's going to be a really good driver.

Let me get the office up and running, catch up on a few things and I'll be back. The office schedule this week is going to be court-laden so I may have some free time on my hands.

UGHHHHH! I am so frustrated with Photobucket right now! If my one year automatic renewal didn't happen just a month ago, I'd go to another site to upload my pictures. Oh and several of my private messages somehow just got cleared out and I wasn't even finished replying to everybody. What is up with me and computers? So.....those of you who were looking for the new fabric prints and the animal prints for the backsacks and dresses, please shoot me another private message so we can finish up what we started.

Oh my goodness, Lisa. I had so much fun looking at your Duck Dynasty party pics. It looks as if everyone had fun!

Also enjoyed the eating pics/update at CBR's food court. You know we've never stayed there, so I love seeing what the inside of the resort looks like.

We had a fabulous time at the party! Of course, when you get a bunch of my family together and mix in John's brothers and sister in laws....you know it's going to be a good time!

I am hoping that we'll get to do a bit of resort hopping on this upcoming trip so we can see some new resort options.

I thought of you last night as I watched Duck Dynasty for the very first time. It was quite funny and will be added to my list of shows I watch now!!

I know we got to Disney on your last night there. I've always had good luck with the rain every time I've been there. But this time we had a lot of rain. It started raining HARD on our AK day right around 3:00pm and it never let up. Well there was no way I was gonna leave since I didn't know when I could get back so we made the best of it but we were like 3 drowned rats!

I'm so glad you got chosen to do the party! I don't watch the show. I've given up on all the reality shows. I used to watch America's Next Top Model but I given up on that too.

Oh yeah, you did get there just as the rain was really starting! Like you, we would have trudged along like drowned rats too!

I really really didn't like the last America's Next Top Model. It was so different than before and I just didn't like it all that much.

I went back and looked at your party pictures. I'll be honest and admit I don't care for the show, but I laughed at your pictures and it looks like you were all having a great time. It was fun to see them...thanks for sharing.

It never fails...you leave the park because of the rain and it stops when you get to the resort. Although your "up next" sounds like that rain may be coming back.

We did have such a good time at the party! Several of the people in the pictures are those who will be at Disney as the same time as us.

Yep, it does seem like the rain stops when you leave the park....just like it happened to ya'll.

Finally all caught up! I was a month behind! I would have freaked out seeing that snake in Mousegears...maybe he thought there was a real mouse in there and wanted some supper! Loved seeing your Duck Dynasty pictures! It looked like you guys had a lot of fun!

Oh shoot! I owe you some info on the CBR. I totally forgot about that. Sooooooo, what's the deal Lucille? Going to my favorite resort soon? Any chance that our trips might overlap again?

I absolutely LOVED your Duck Dynasty party. I must admit, I've never watched it but you guys look like you are having such a good time. I loved it when people put beards on and posed in the Duck Blind. How awesome is that???!!! I like your backpacks. I'm actually making one for Victoria for our little weekend trip at the end of this month!!

The Duck Dynasty party was a complete blast! I'm so happy that I was chosen. I just saw the backsacks that you made. You did an excellent job!

Loved the party pictures. What a fun night. We have watched both the new episodes and loved them. Did they send two on the DVD for you to watch?

I would fail at a party like this. My family wouldn't come. LOL

There were two sneek peaks and then two episodes that had already aired minus the commercials.

Oh I bet that you can throw a great party! My house is the one that hosts all of the family get-togethers. It's been that way every since we built our house a year before Hunter was born.

AGH I just died of a heart attack!!!! That party looked so fun!!!! I love the pic of hunter n momma in the duck blind thats way cute!!!those bags r really cute,and i have an idea for one so I'll have to chit chat with you on that I can't say much because i've got sneaky little monkeys close by but i'll pm u when the coast is clear .

Your Ducked Out party looked fantastic! I still haven't seen the show (I need to see if they have some online, we don't get A&E), but even just seeing what I did makes me laugh. Looks like a fun show.

Caribbean Beach is so, so PRETTY! I think I need to try a meal there soon.

I think that there may be some Duck Dynasty episodes on the A&E website. The guys on there are so funny and they have strong Christian and family values which makes this a good family show. And funny!

Thank you Steph! It's going to be better, I know it! John's twitches settled down after a while but it sure is stressful when they happen. They are a very mild form of seizure but can lead to a grand mal seizure.

I’m singing in the rain! Just singing in the rain! What a glorious feeling!

A warning to you all: This update is going to be heavy laden with photos and short on words/comments/etc. which is a feat for me since I only shut my mouth when I’m sleeping. Well, actually I sometimes talk in my sleep.

Once we left the food court, we walked through the Old Port Royale outside courtyard, over the bridge and to our rooms in Aruba. I took pictures along the way, of course.

There are even cannons on the island just in case the resort is invaded by pirates!

At first, I couldn’t remember why I had a semi-close up picture of the bridge but then remembered that someone on the CBR thread asked how steep it was.

Looking back at the bridge:

We made it back to the room and split up for a while with Lacey & Jesse going to their room and Hunter, John and I going to our’s. I packed up a few things that I knew we wouldn’t need the next day or while on the road. John said that he was going to take a short nap and Hunter was...Hunter was....hum, probably on the internet, texting or watching television or a combination of all three which was probably the case.

After a little while, I became restless and couldn’t sit still. I told Hunter that I was going to talk a walk around the resort and take some pictures. I grabbed my cellphone and an umbrella just in case it started to rain again. I stepped out and not 2 seconds after I hit the promenade, I felt rain drops. Oh well, I popped open my Disney Parks umbrella and started my walk. I’m singing in the rain! Just singing in the rain! What a glorious feeling!

I started out by taking pictures of the view in front of me and then turned to the right and started towards Jamaica:

Someone on the CBR thread was also asking what a parking lot view looked like so I took the stairs on one of the buildings and took a picture of the view:

I heard an airplane in the distance and looked up to see a small plane pulling a banner. I always thought that the area over Disney was a no-fly zone but I guess not since we see the smoke writer airplanes and then I was this one:

Then, I saw the banner which I refuse to post a picture of as it is controversial. When the plane was pulling the banner, I couldn’t tell what it said so I took a picture thinking that I could zoom in on it and read it. I read it and thought that I deleted it but I see that I didn’t and it got uploaded to Photobucket. I’ll just say that it had something to do with Gay Days. It’s not my place to judge what anyone does or how anyone chooses to live their life. As far as I’m concerned nobody has the right to judge! To each his or her own.

Annnyway, I continued my walk towards Jamaica in the sprinkling rain. Most folks had more sense than I did and had stayed in their rooms or they were in the park. I don’t know but I do know that I didn’t see a half dozen people out and about that afternoon.

Up ahead is the hill that’s heck to pedal up if you’re on a surrey bike and dangerous to go down on the other side. Remember the time we went flying down the hill and my foot his the fast turning pedal and flew over my head and out the back of the surrey bike? Oh what fun that was!

The next village that I wanted to visit was Trinidad South where the pirate rooms are located. I was hoping to catch a mousekeeper and ask if I could take a look inside of one of the unoccupied rooms but I didn’t see a single one. The walkway to Trinidad South from the top of the bridge:

Another banner pulling plane was flying overhead with another “message” on it. I kept on walking and looking for a mousekeeper. Trinidad South:

Soon, I found myself in Trinidad North and I took the short path to the swimming pool:
