she asked me if towels for the pool were free or if we'd have to bring our own.i started to tell her that they were when i had to stop and think about it myself.so now i'm wondering what is included in the room.is there a site that gives ALL room amenities?i went to the dvc site but for amenities all they listed were the buildings and functions

They distribute towels at the pools so there is no need to bring your own.

You already got the pool towel answer, so I thought I'd just add the list of room supplies at the villas. Not sure what accomodations you have, this is for the one bedroom:

Thanks for the link. It's our first time going home in a couple of weeks. We were wondering what was supplied in the kitchen too.

Common things that aren't included:

Coffee Filters
Salt and Pepper

Things that are included in limited supply - and you'll need to pay for more:

Laundry detergent
Coffee in filter packs
Towels (changed every four days)

Things that are included, but consumable, if you run out, call housekeeping to have more brought:

Toilet Paper
Paper Towels
Dishwasher detergent
Garbage bags

When you check in, there are the little hotel shampoos, etc. Not enough to get you through the next housekeeping. I'm unclear about if they give you more for the asking (we always pack our own).

If you want actual beach-sized towels, bring your own. The ones provided are regular size. They don't go all the way around me. If you are driving, it is no big deal to pack a few more towels.
