We are going on the Western carribean cruise in 2 weeks with our 2 children 5 and 8 1/2. We would like to do a snorkling excursion with them in either Caymen or Cozumel. What are the favorites? Also, thoughts about what to do in Key West? Do something on our own or with an excursion?

We have a 7 year old DD, while at Key West she loves for us to rent an electric car to do our sight seeing.

We rent a jeep while at Grand Cayman and drive to Rum Point beach. It's a bit of a drive but well worth it. I understand that one of the big hotels in town offers a ferry to Rum Point. I can't remember if it is the Hilton or Hyatt. Good snorkling at Rum Point and a great place for lunch.

Cozumel we get a cab to Mr. Sanchos, great food and freindly clean beach, good snorkling, too.

Hi , stingray snorkel will be great , how about paradise beach in cozumel, free kayaks, snorkelling, water trampolines etc you just need to pay for food / drinks taxi around $12 from pier, in KW you can do your own thing, hop on the trolley, try Ripleys believe it or not museum, go to the aquarium etc. Have a great time.

In GC most people book stingray snorkel through DCL, Captain marvins, nativewaywatersports or shoretrips.com.
