Excursions in Nassau ?

If you had to choose between the following Disney excursions, which one would you suggest?
- Atlantis Beach Day
or
- Discover Atlantis

Did you try them recently? How are those excursions?

MIL and I did the discover Atlantis. It was pretty neat. We enjoyed it. The only reason we didn't do the beach day was because we were planning to do the whole beach thing at Castaway Cay.
