Has anyone heard if disney is going to set up excursions in these other ports or are we gonna be on our own for trying to find fun stuff to do.

They may not have updated the site but try DCL's website and see what they offer under excursions.

I spoke to disney this morning and they told me that they most likely not announce them until around 6 months before the cruise. I wish they would tell us more about the cruise other then the ports.

For the West Coast cruises and Repositioning cruises, they were not announced until a few months before the first repositioning cruise. We were all waiting a very long time before anything was announced. However if you take a look at what other cruise lines offer for those ports you can get a rought idea of what will be offered. I noticed that a fair amount of what other cruise lines offered were offered by Disney.

I would highly recommend in St. Kitts simply asking one of the taxi drivers - they have mini vans that have great air conidtioning - to drive you around "his" island and show you the sights. Its a spectacular island - we went to many of the tourist stops plus he took us to scenic overlooks and then brought us to the beach and we had time to sit on the beach and eat and drink some local beer before heading back to the ship.

Our day on St. Kitts was by far my favorite island of all time - and it was due to the kindness of the people - the amazing scenery - and the wonderful time we had soaking up the local culture. I can't wait to go back - its just not going to be this DCL trip.

For the special sailings they had last fall to Antigua and San Juan and the stops in St. Lucia and Antigua for the 10-day Christmas cruise, they had excursions put together. I would expect that they would have similar offerings on both those islands. I would expect they'll announce excursions for Barbados and St. Kitts but we may have to wait until much closer to sailing time, we did for the Christmas cruise. They did do a separate mailing of excursions for the Christmas Cruise once they had it all together but it did get posted to the website first.

I am so excited I will have to look at what other cruise lines offer and get some ideas we are traveling with two babies who will be DD2 AND DS 10 months, so I am not sure what we can do except the beaches?
