Exclusions at Wolfgang Puck Cafe?

Are there any exclusions from the entrees or apps here?

We had dinner there on December 13th and were told the sushi could only be ordered as an entree. You would then be allowed to order something else for your appetizer. That was the only appetizer/entree exclusion. On the dessert menu, there was an icecream/gelato sampler item which was excluded as well.

My understanding is that Wolfgang Puck is no longer included in the DDP. It is not on the list that I received with my DDP card just yesterday.
