Exciting News for Me!

I'm so excited that I can barely contain myself. I just confirmed today that I am going to see the World Premiere of Harry Potter 7 part 1. The really exciting part???? It's taking place in London on November 11th. If there's an after-party (don't know yet), I'll get to go to that too.

Going to a World Premiere of a big movie would be really cool regardless but I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan. I've read the books many, many times.

My older brother lives in London but is NY visiting. We were talking on Sunday and he mentioned the World Premiere. I got all excited and he said he could probably bring me. We had dinner tonight and he confirmed that I have a ticket. I just bought my plane ticket to London. It'll be so much fun to hang out with my brother and SIL and see the new movie!!!

Thanks all! I'm a total HP geek so this is totally cool for me.
I don't know the details of the Premiere yet but I'll definitely share whatever I get to experience. I'm really hoping there's an after-party!!!
Most of my non-Premiere London time is going to be spent with my brother, his wife, and their 2 year old son. Which is exciting for me but probably not terribly share-worthy.

That is AWESOME - I'm soo jealous!

Will it be at the Odeon down in the West End? (I think that is where all the UK premieres are). If so, that is an awesome location & I since I've been there once (for a film festival), I will just sit here and pretend I am there.

Bring an umbrella! I believe it rained at the last HP premiere there.
