Exchanging GAD vouchers for FP

Since I am also doing this, I looked it up - from the website:

†Present voucher at applicable Theme Park ticket booth for Exchange Card. Participating attractions are subject to change. Valid theme park admission required. The number of Exchange Cards is limited and may not be available after 11 a.m. All Guests in your party must be present to receive the Exchange Card.
‡ See voucher for redemption locations.

From voucher:
Instructions for Annual Passholders and multi-day ticket holders redeeming voucher for an alternate option instead of the 1-day, 1-theme park ticket. Present your valid ID, this voucher, and your valid multi-day ticket or Annual Pass to any Main Entrance ticket booth to redeem for a Disney's FASTPASS® Special Exchange card.

So it looks like the ticket booths - I assume as the guest services booth? - and also glad I read the fine print that all members of the party must be present to get the Fastpasses.

Thanks! I also thougght I read somewhere if you are staying onsite you can do this at the hotel? I have no idea what rides you can use it on and how it works however

You can usually exchange vouchers for tickets at the hotels if you are a guests so hopefully you can do the same for the FP's.

I was told you choose 3 each from Donald's faves & Daisy's faves:

Donald's Favorites: Space Mtn, Splash Mtn, Indy, Roger Rabbit, Tower of T, Soarin', Screamin'

Daisy's Favorites: Big Thunder, Autopia, Buzz, Mulholland, Grizzly River Rapids

Maybe someone who has actually done it will post!

I'm curious...it's our first time to DL and I'm not sure which of those rides would be best for my kids, they are 4 and 7 and VERY timid with rides. Suggestions?

Can you double up on the choices? For instance can I choose Big THunder twice and then Grizzly once from that group? We never do Autopia anymore and the lines aren't that long for Buzz or Muholland.

There was a thread somewhere (sorry, I don't have time to look at the moment) where someone posted pics of their Fastpasses. The Donald FPs had a list of all the Donald rides & the Daisy FPs had a list of all the Daisy rides. If I understand correctly from the layout in the picture, the FP could be presented at any of the applicable rides. So no, you wouldn't have to select your rides at the time you get the FPs, and yes, you would be able to use multiple FPs to do the same ride more than once. Someone please correct me if I am mistaken.

ok..BUT..we will use our vouchers, I guess for FP, on a day when our APs are blocked and we'll have to pay for the upgrade. So...we'd go to the ticket booth, buy our upgrade and then we'd have a valid ticket for the FP? How about the pin set? I may use my GAD for that and my DH for the FP.
