Exchanging a paper print out ticket for real tickets?

Hi, I'm in the uk & looking at buying a 3 day hopper ticket, cheapest is the paper print at home type. As I'm staying at Grand California will I be able to add these tickets to my room key, or exchange for real tickets so I can use fastpass. Just not keen on paper print outs! but can save money!!, thanks

Tickets can't be added to room keys at Disneyland. Good news though is that you will not be saddled with paper print outs throughout your visit. Once you turn those in, you will be handed a regular ticket that you will use throughout your visit to enter the parks and scan at fastpass machines. I believe you can exchange the paper printouts at the Grand ahead of time if you would like unless that has changed, but you can also just exchange them directly at the turnstiles.

Oh brilliant thank you, a paper ticket wouldn't last long - much prefer real ones! & saving some money!

Just add the tickets to your room booking (not key) and they will be at at the front desk waiting for you when you check in. Otherwise it's as the OP said - like magic at the turnstiles.

I want to get the tickets in the uk & save money, but wondered if I'd be stuck with paper instead of real tickets, thank you for the replies
