I'm a list maker, I confess my bad habit. It stems from my days of working in an office, and is the only way of keeping track of things in general. I'm organized, and DH depends on me to keep things running fairly smoothly (as he's very disorganized!).

No physical list but a mental one.

....Prepare for my parent's 60th anniversary reception in November
Landscaping (has been on the list for years ;))
Painting the office, laundry room and bedroom

....just to name a few.

That's what my family says about me, but I don't believe it. Could that be the reason I was packed 40 days out, for the trip? ;)

no list....I am ocd.

I do keep shopping lists though because if I don't, I always forget something.

I forget things even with my shopping list, as a matter of fact I forgot to pick up the salt when I went shopping today.

Make sure my alarm is set for the morning.

Stroke the cat (he refuses to leave the bed until the light is out, then he goes to his basket!)

Play a game of majhong on my iphone or read a chapter of a book.

I make sure my Mickey pumpkin head blow-up is unplugged.

I make sure the door is closed completley and locked.

I have a small drink of water.

set the house alarm

make sure the lights are out & the doors are locked

Sunday-Thursday, make sure the alarm clock is set. Friday, make sure it's off!

Lock the doors

Check on the kids

Make sure my window is open at least a crack, preferably more than half way. (damn hotflashes) :furious:

Brush my teeth

Adjust my pillow on my bed

Turn on the alarm if I need to get up by a certain time the next morning (six days a week)

Luckily I have never been in an ambulance.

Been injured plenty, but none have required an ambulance.
