I've been eating hot food since I was 7 years old . About 93% of my meals are spicy.

Fritos and bean dip or tortilla chips and queso.

I used to love to eat spicy foods. When we where dating, Joe and I used to go to this fast food Mexican restaurant that would just load your nachos with cheese and jalepenos. We would sit out in the parking lot and just sweat from eating the peppers. We loved it! Now a days I can't eat spicy food, it gives me indigestion.

I like spicy foods as well, and eat alot of my foods with hot sauce that my DH makes .

My birthday is Friday and hopefully my DH will get my cake right: If he does I will post a pic. It is marble cake with choc mousse filling. It is 4 layers of cake and three with mousse.

I'm not an icing person so I just like plain, no icing cakes. My favorite as a child was spice cake with whipped cream. I still like that but prefer lemon pound cake, yellow cake or chocolate cake. The chocolate cake has to have vanilla ice cream. Those three are my favs at the moment.

I L-O-V-E cakes!!! Love'em all but I do love chocolate and tres leches.

This weekend we had the cake below. It was YUMMY... My SIL ordered it from HEB after she saw it on their website.

On Saturday I made a cake for my sister with help from my mum and my girls. My sister and her boyfriend love kayaking and I saw a smiliar cake on the internet so copied it. She loved it! Fancy a slice?

Frozen tv dinners are okay I guess. They have lots of sodium in them. I had a Banquet chicken pot pie the other day and it wasn't too bad. Not something that I would regularly eat but would do in a pinch. Sort of like heating up a can of soup.

I don't have any favorites because I don't buy them. My husband wanted to the chicken pot pies. He's been going grocery shopping with me lately and wanted to run down memory lane.

I am embarassed to say I am the queen of frozen dinners. On nights it is just me eating 5 min. in the micro and no clean up .

I usually have a weight watchers frozen meal for lunch. Not to bad. I can't find my favorite one anymore....it was only 3 points and it was good. I tend to get the same one's over and over. Not very adventerous. I like the Lean Cuisine brand better but only buy those when I find them on sale.
