I like carrot cake, both the light regular cake version as well as the one with coconut, raisins and pineapple.....heavier, denser cake.
I have made them many times, but not recently as we don't eat cake anymore

I prefer homemade cantaloupe ice cream but if I need to purchase some ice cream --- its always --- Blue Bell ice cream.....the flavor: Banana Pudding....YUMMY!

Baskin Robins chocolate peanut butter is the national brand I like the most. Local, it would be Graeter's coconut chip.

Do you do word searches, sudoku, crossword puzzles, and those types of puzzles/books?

Not often but when I do it's word searches. I do them mostly because it's something that can be done without really thinking.

Have you ever attended an Easter brunch? What type of foods do you look forward to when you attend a brunch?

Not an Easter one. I did attend a brunch not too long ago benefiting Meals on Wheels. I just look forward to eating some good food hopefully.

Carrot cake is okay. I don't make or buy it. I prefer Spice cake.

I enjoy eating Braum's Butter Brickle but my favorite is not ice cream but Lime Sherbet.
