I'm not a big steak out to eat person ( other than Yatchmans & Le Celier of course), but I enjoy it on occasion at home when DH cooks it on the grille. Mines usually somewhere between medium & well done- very little pink. We usually have it with sautéed mushrooms, baked potatoes & corn on cob. Sounds yummy!

I like my steak somewhere between medium and medium well. I dont want it bleeding, cool OR to taste like blood. I used to not like ANY steak because the ones I had tried were just cooked meat, NO flavor other than the salty metallic blood taste. So then my dad decided to do an experiment and try different cuts, cooking methods, seasoning, etc until I found something I like. What's my choice? Medium-well t-bone with fajita seasoning.

My side preference is mashed potatoes with brown gravy and Velveeta shells n cheese. (Yeah 2 starches I know...)

Medium well. My husband marinates it, and I like the way he makes it since it stays moist, and is very flavorful.

I once washed my husbands cell phone in the washing machine. Why do grown men leave stuff in their pockets & then put them in laundry room??? When I told him what happened, he said "you know you need to check my pockets 1st!!"
