Some towns celebrate Halloween on a different day than October 31st since it is a Thursday, and there is school the following day. What day does your town, and other towns around you have kids trick or treating?

Trick or Treat for everyone around us is always Halloween night, but here in our development it is always the weekend before.

It is always on Halloween where I'm from, but the last kids are usually gone before 8:00. Many of them start at 5:30 or 6:00.

They just start coming about 5-5:30 and done early.

Taking my niece to trunk or treat at a fire hall.

Halloween is always on the 31st here. Last year due to Sandy the kids lost getting a Halloween.

This year dd is going trick or treating with her friends. Me I'm staying home and watching all the halloweentown movies and hocus pocus!

babysitting DGD.............staying home.
DGD and DD will be dressing as mice and handing out candy.
I will take pictures and watch TV

The usual...dh sits out front (it's a big social hour in our townhome community) with the neighbors, I'm in and out (between cooking dinner and playing Candy Crush but I like to see the little ones in their costumes).
Everyone probably thought dh was in a Duck Dynasty costume...but that's what he looks like in real life!!
