I Susan, I was going to email you but took a nap. Sleeping later at night, and having to stay up extra and do everything last night, and early this morning did not help with the amount of sleep I had gotten.
We do not live near the coastline, and we are at a higher elevation, so we are safe. But the grocery stores....are near the coastline, so when there are situations like this, everyone goes to purchase what they need, and you do need to rush to safety shortly after.
I had gotten annoyed a few times today-
*My DH was standing at the stove this morning for a long time. I didn't ask him what he was making-got annoyed by him since I woke him up to tell him about the tsunami, and that I was going to the store with DD to pick up some things. He told me to be safe, and went back to sleep. As we were entering out of the store during our second visit in, we had received a text-the phone lines were not working, saying that there is a tsunami warning, so to be careful.

I told DD, maybe he heard the siren, and woke up, and found out what was actually going on. And I was sooooo right!
*Second thing was a young punky who was driving so close in the back of me tailing me, then once he was able to take over, he was speeding, and his loud car engine made alot of noise. I am not the slowest driver, trust me, and he had those annoying different colored lights that makes it hard to see when you focus into it or on your mirror.
*My service with my cellphone provider since I was only able to use my phone to make actual calls for a bit, and then later my texts were not even going through.
There are more, but I will stop here.
