Exchange TS for CS?

Can you use a TS credit for a CS if you wanted or is that no longer allowed?

Best answer I can give for what I have seen is "maybe." As there has been no announcement that it's permitted to do this during free dining, I think you'd have to ask at your resort if you can convert the credit from a TS to a CS.
