We just recently returned from a two-week visit to Disney World. Both my spouse and I independently observed that we had not previously encountered such exceptional service by essentially all of the Disney cast members. This was most noticeable to us in terms of the bus transportation to and from Kidani and in the restaurant service, but also evident at many points of interaction with other cast members. We have never before posted so many cast compliments during a visit. If this is a result of an initiative by Bob Iger, kudos! This was something like our twenty-seventh visit to WDW, but it was special for due to the customer service.
