Hi,

Since so many are having issues, I figured I would try to help those of you out.

Here is how you should put it in

First and Last Name: John Doe

1st box you have the 3 letter code (Select One)
2nd box you have the 3 digit number (###)
3rd box 2 digit month it was activated (MM)
4th box 2 digit day it was activated (DD)
5th box 2 digit year it was activated (YY)
6th box is (# - ####) I have a 3 digit code and add a 0 infront of the last three #'s on my AP to make it work. Someone else might have a different length number so you might need to mess around with the number to get it to work.

Passholder ID (Help me find my Passholder ID and login)
Select One (###) (MM) (DD) (YY) (# - ####)

Example WMK 002 01 01 01 0101

I hope this helps and I believe I called Disney reservations and they were the ones way back in March who told me how to do this.

Thanks, but I just tried it AGAIN and still can't get in. It just says 'system error, please try again later'. Then again I've never been able to get in. The site just dosen't seem to like my AP #. I'll try again when I get home in the morning.

You know it seems funny. Those that can get in don't want to use the new program and those of us who are willing to give it a try, can't get into the system to book. I also plan to call the number in the passholder's sleeve again and hopefully this time will get a 'nice' CM, who will be able to help.

aubriee,

I wish I could go again this year, but I can't. However, I already have my dates set for vacation next year and am planning based on the fact that later in the year June-Dec in 04 and 05 is when the real WDW vacation deals seem to have be released.

Maybe by the time March 3rd comes around (120 days from my June 30-July 9th trip) the bugs will be out of the system.

Whats funny, is when I try to get in with my voucher (which my travel agent already used) I get the same message. But if I put my moms AP number in, no problem! I then can check all the rates!?

I know this is probably not what you are doing ;) but yesterday I kept trying to put in my husband's AP number and it just wouldn't work even though mine did. Finally my son took a look and saw that what I was thinking was a 6 was actually an 8. The ink was not perfectly even and I guess my eyesight is not what it used to be. Not a good combination!

I got in. I figured it all out easily EXCEPT the last number. Where they have "#-####" I only had a one digit number. I thought there must be more to it, but putting in the one digit number worked.

I'm in but I don't see where the best rate program link is???
Click on "Special offers". The Best Rates link will be at the top of the list on the page that comes up.

Can someone tell me if the last set of numbers to be entered are at the beginning of the line or the end on a voucher not activated pass. I can not log on to the system. I keep getting an error no matter what I try. I tried e-mailing a cm, but have not heard back yet.
Thanks,
Brenda

I think I saw a post earlier that said the last set of numbers were to be added at the front.

I was having trouble logging on for the longest time, couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Then, for some strange reason, I tried putting my name in all capital letters, made no change in how I put in the number, and I finally got into the website!

I had trouble, but did get it to work. First choose your 3 letters from the drop down list, such a WDW, then the next 3 numbers, then the date on your pass, like 05/25/05, then the last 3 numbers. (to the left of the price paid.)

Can anyone help me with logging in with my Exchange Certificate. I have the first 3 letters, then 3 numbers, but no DD MM YY as my pass is not yet activated and I have 3 numbers at the end. I have tried many variations, but cannot get into the passholder section of the site to look for the offers.

Please help!!
Thanks.
