Example Contracts for Renters

I've been a long time reader, first time posting.

I'm starting the process of narrowing down some dates in Feb '04 for a visit and would like to stay at OKW.

I was wondering if anyone has an example contract that someone would be willing to share.

While I don't have a sample contract, I think a simple document that outlines the Resort, Room Type, Date of arrival/departure (including number of days included) and Cost of the rental need to be listed.

In addition, a statement of due dates for all payments, cancellation policy and refund policy should be part of the contract. If there is to be no refund (indicating that the renter "owns" the points), the member should state what assistance he/she will offer for the renter to change the name, dates or room type on renters behalf should the renter need to make changes for a sublet arrangement.

To satisfy the DVC requirements, a statement of agreement that the renter will abide by all DVC rules/regulations while occupying the room or villa should also be included for the renter to sign.

I'm sure others will also have some thoughts and probably a sample contract.
