Call me a cynic, but I'm surprsed this sort of thing doesn't happen more often.

I don't feel as very strongly about what the former agent is doing as I do about the fact that there is probably going to be such a large and willing market for his offering -- so many people so willing to learn how to exploit and abuse. That's a far more troubling fact than the fact that there is one former agent willing to sell a how-to because he feels that resources to catch petty criminals are being diverted away from the fight against major crimes.
