I have watched the EWP from the marina at CR and the lounge on the 4th floor, so I imagine you can see it from the tower room, too, as long as you are facing the water and not the MK.

I was on the 6th floor of the tower a couple of weeks ago and we watch the ewp from our room on a couple of occasions.
