Are they now offering dinner vouchers for the nicer places such as the Brown Derby. I saw some on Ebay that said that they were good for lunch or dinner and listed Brown Derby as one of the choices. I appologize if this is mentioned elsewhere in this thread - I read the first 15 pages or so! LOL

they have had dinner ones for sit down like bd ,I think about $60 each, so not real useful..never heard of any except q/c for lunch or dinner ( one voucher) which are more casual/counter/food court type places so I'd be careful especially since it's ebay...it also seems unlikely due to the differences in lunch and dinner prices and menus at places like BD. most that can be used for either have the same lunch and dinner menus

FYI, if you order your vouchers through Hotwiresavingsclub, you get $10.00 back for your first order. The prices are:
$18.25 for adult character breakfast
$11.00 for child character breakfast
$11.50 for the quick and casual vouchers

They do have free shipping on the orders. They also have good prices on Disney tickets. Hope this helps.

Does Hotwire also sell the premium meal vouchers? I noticed the character breakfast vouchers for adults and children and the quick and casuals listed, but do they also sell the premium meal vouchers? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!

The other vouchers they offer are the VKL vouchers - $31.00 for adults and $12.75 for kids.

I just had a quick question about shipping from connections. I just placed my Q&C order today and used the express shipping option 3-4 days. We leave in 7 days and I am a wreck thinking that they wont be here on time. Has anyone used the express shipping and is it a true 3-4 days? Thanks

I have just ordered Q&C vouchers from Hotwire. Do they tell you somewhere on the vouchers where they are valid or do I have to bring a copy from this thread telling me where to eat.

We will not have a car to travel to the other resorts so where is the best place to get the best deals with the vouchers.

When I read about the vouchers I asked my Disney agent who is Disney specialist where did you buy the vouchers, her reply was the vouchers were only in the AK. Are the vouchers new to Disney.

The back lists all participating locations by resort and park. I'm not sure if they have updated them to show Pop Century, but if its not listed, Q&C are valid at PC.

What I found helpful was to make a list of the starred restaurants from this board (the one's with super value) so I would remember to scout them out.

I didn't make a list, I just wrote right on the vouchers using a pencil to circle the locations that offered more bang for the buck. You could probably even use different colored highlighters to indicate what your first and second choices might be.

I went through the menus on www.wdwig.com and printed the ones that had been highly recommended here or that looked most appropriate for our family's tastes. They went in the bag with all our other guide books.

When we decided what park to visit each day, we also picked out the menus for that park. That allowed us to have an idea of what and where we would eat (subject to change of course).

Our favorite, by far, is the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs. We went there twice in a week and I would have happily gone more. Lots of selection and yummy food.

Yes POP Century i beleive is listed on the Q&C's vouchers. Got 12 of them and wil use them wisely..

one of the very first posts on this thread has stars by thos ewith the best deals ..also beaches is an easy walk from epcot, every where else the resorts are on disney transport lines so you can get to them ( either with a valid park pass or if you are staying on property although they rarely check)
the ak vouchers are also a good deal, entree, 2 drinks and popcorn or icecream from a vendor,about $12 give or take, $6 for kids , good only on the day of purchase and only at ak. the other vouchers aren't new, seems like she ought to know about them but if not, oh well!

I made a copy of the back of the vouchers and highlighted all the places that offered the best value. I put it in the envelope with the vouchers so it will be handy when I need it!

Hello everyone,

I've read many postings about ebay and meal vouchers and how they're horribly overpriced. While this is true, I have still been checking religiously to see if maybe there are listings that someone may have missed.

I was watching a listing for 2 adult and 2 child premium meal vouchers on ebay on Friday afternoon. I put a bid in, and watched it closely and won the auction, paying only a total of $66 (that includes $5 shipping) for 2 adult and 2 child premium meal vouchers! So I actually got them for $61! That's less than the price of 2 adult meal vouchers! WOW!

It's like getting 2 adult meal vouchers for full price and paying only $4 for 2 of my son's meals! We're going to use them for Teppanyaki at Japan in Epcot and Rainforest Cafe in AK!!! I'm so psyched now! Can't wait to go!!! All my watching has finally paid off! I saved over $20, which I have put away in a special envelope toward our spending money!

The woman I bought them from was very nice, however, she listed them as quick and casual meal tickets, when I got them they said...

I panicked! Then I found a spot on this website where it said they were ok, but just to make double sure, I called Old Key west today and the woman there told me she has never heard of ANY meal vouchers! So I then called Disney dining and got a very young sounding girl who was NOt helpful at all! First she told me that they don't have them and they can't vouch for anything sold on EBAY. I then asked if they even have such a thing and she said "well yes, but I don't know if yours are real since they are from EBAY", so I said well it has the Disney copyright on it and looks pretty reay, but I know they are now called something else (quick & casual). She still didn't offer much info and basicly said without seeing them she couldn't tell me anything! So, of course now I am scared. I am trying to plan ahead and make this perfect for my husband and I and our two small kids and I am beginning to wonder if I just blew the money! Does any know anymore about these, PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi Nikkimax -- Welcome to the DISboards!

Don't panic about the meal vouchers. It sounds like they were probably obtained through the group sales department at WDW. The vouchers are made available to large groups like conventions or high school bands, etc. You should call them and ask. Here's their number:

When you talk to them, I wouldn't say you bought the vouchers off ebay. You might want to say a friend gave them to you and you want to make sure they're still good.

If it turns out the vouchers are bogus, you'll have to handle it through ebay. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
