everyone needs a friend who helps you loose weight, loose your gray and grow nails

Thank you Tammie! Labor Day Tammie made me step on her home scale. It wasnt a pretty sight. She took me shopping - told me to increase my fruits & vegs, etc
Then she colored my hair that day and got the gray out. It held up well.
Ive been putting nail strengthener on my nails once a week for over a month now. Today Tammie said it looks like my nails are growing longer.

Just came from Tammie's house where she had me step upon her scale once more - w/her support I lost 15lbs!
She colored my hair once more so I can get on my cruise in 11 days feeling younger

Thank you Tammie - everyone should have a friend like you.

That is terrific, Barb! Congratulations to you, and what a supportive friend you have in Tammie.

I had brunch with a group of women I've known for 20 years. Some of us went to college together, and some of us were friends of friends, but we have formed a circle that cannot be broken We get together about twice a year, and always have a blast. I feel so warm and comfortable in their presence, I know we will always be life long friends. Nothing quite like the love of really true girlfriends.
