Beverages: I'm pretty good about getting my water in. I need caffeine in the morning and that will come in the form of coffee or diet coke. I've always been a wine and beer girl. Since starting this journey I find myself drinking beer less and wine more. When I drink beer I tend to retain water for a couple days and really feel it in my clothes. With wine this doesn't seem to happen so its the one I usually choose.
Progress: 0%. I actually dont know. I'm not getting on the scale for a few more days.
Servings: I will go back for seconds. I try to take a small first serving and give myself permission to go back if I truly want more. Meals aren't really my problem though. Its the snacking that gets me.
