Ever used uber to get around while at Disneyland area hotels?

my cousin is staying w/us for 2 weeks & he will have a party of five. We will be at DLR 4 of those days. To save money, he wants to use uber for the 1st and 4th days (getting to DLR, if we go out to eat, going back to my house after DLR).

Has anyone ever done this? I've never needed to use uber myself so I'm inexperienced. Is it easy to get one for 5 people & all their luggage?

It's easy to get one, but he will have to get one of the higher priced options - UberX only fits 4 people. If he's worried about the luggage fitting as well, he can always call the driver once he's assigned and make sure his car is big enough.
