No proof of purchase limits you to a $24 settlement, but if you have your receipts there is no limit. They made a claim that wasn't true, bet they don't do that again.

Huh.. Tried melting some for truffles yesterday and these chips just would not melt!! Maybe.. they were lawsuit worthy chips!

I'm looking at 2 bags of those chips right now. I can't remember what I paid for them. I'll have to check at the grocery store when I go in next.
I haven't made the cookies yet so I don't know how they'll melt.

It'll be worth the few minutes it'll take to fill out the claim form.
