We were considering this dish on our Epcot day in Morrocco. Anyone ever venture out and try it. Sounds interesting, but good. We would order it for the 3 adults and let the 2 kiddos eat off our plates.

Advice? Thanks! :sunny:

We did it a couple of years ago when at Epcot. It was one of the highlights of the trip! We called from the park and asked where they had openings for dinner. She said she could put us in Marrakesh, and we could walk in when the parade ended. The parade was great (back in 2002), the food was good, we had absolutely no wait either (and everyone went in after the parade). Plus, a belly dancer came out and danced, and our DD (4 at the time) loved it. She even got up and danced with the belly dancer. It was a great evening.

THANKS! I just was reading a little more about it inthe Unofficial guide and it sounds really great. My call in date is 8/18 and I will Definately book this for dinner. DH is a little nervous, but the kids and I can't wait!

We've had it a few times. Loved it. There are usually specials, too, which aren't always posted on a sign board, so be sure to ask, they are good prices.

Marrakesh is our favorite WDW restaurant. We eat there several times each visit, lunch and supper, and snacks.

You will not regret your decision. We were there last year in October. The food is good. The service was good. It was interesting to eat something different and we really felt like we were visiting a country we had not been to before. The music and belly dancer adds to the evening. We had a great time and would certainly go back again.

ENJOY !! :earsboy:

Yeah, I gotta agree with Angel 16. We went 3 years ago and I still remember the restaurant. It was great to eat something different, and the atmosphere was so much fun.

OK, OK. stop, I want to go now! I think the belly dancer is what made DH cave in and agree to go!

I like the idea of getting away from the hot dogs and burgers while we are away. I know my kids will eat the couscous - and we will all try at least one bite of everything!

Thanks for the tip on the specials too - we will be certain to ask.

Even I was a little skeptical about the Guide's rating of the restaurant. Having been there several times in the past year, it's now a personal favorite. And the Marakkesh Feast is usually what I order.

Best of luck on your trip!

Len

LOL - sorry, I see my spelling of the restaurant and meal was not so good.

Thanks again for all the info!

We love it and will be back in December!

I am interested in this meal i love kebobs , , cous cous but I am unsure about the beef brewat rolls. Can anyone give me a hint of what they taste like ?

I can't really explain the taste, but they are what I go back for every year. They are not spicy, but flavorful. The cinnamon/sugar on top sounds weird, but it tastes just right. It seems from reading the boards that you either love them or hate them. My whole family loves them.
