Ever hear of Travel Service Network? (a timeshare)

We are DVC members, so friends of ours called us tonight to see if we had ever heard of this company, TSN (Travel Service Network). They went to a presentation which entitled them to some free airline tickets and a hotel stay. Among the hotels that this company said they were entitled to after buying into the timeshare were some Disney Hotels and the guide assured them that availability is not a problem. This sounded fishy to me so I advised them not to be pressured by the low price. Can any of you give me some information on this company.

If I remember correctly, I think I had heard somewhere that it is a travel club of some kind, as opposed to a timeshare. Like you, I wouldn't believe what they say about Disney.
