Ever get an email like this?

I was checking my email and I had an email where there was no sender and it was no subject. I didn't open it because I was afraid of a virus but I have never seen that before. Can you block your name as being the sender of an email? Anyone? TIA!

Email can be spoofed just about any way imaginable, so not seeing a sender is common. I like the ones that I have sent to myself
